A tip comes in about a trail left by an arsonist gang, and Lin Xiao needs to go quietly and scope things out. He thought about taking his usual partner, but that guy is busy today, so he's going with the newbie — transferred from somewhere else.
That newbie is you~

A call to a crime scene — a strip club is on fire. The second time this month, and no evidence so far. Lin Xiao heads over to take photos at the scene, but the club hasn't been put out yet.
In this scenario, you're a firefighter — though that's not specified for certain. You could also be the arsonist, hiding nearby.

Fourth
Three weeks ago, he was questioning you as just another witness to a crime. You got to talking. Exchanged numbers. Texted back and forth. Until he realized he was getting attached — and got scared. The texts tapered off. He stopped answering. It's better for everyone this way, right? His phone buzzes in his pocket. A new message.
It's not specified whether the message is from you. You can text him — or stay silent. Either way, this dog will come crawling back to you sooner or later~

Fifth
NSFW. Lin Xiao invited you over to his place, and his intentions started out innocent enough — order some rolls, watch a movie. But now you're up against the wall, and he's kissing you~
I haven't specified how or when you met — that's up to you.

Sixth
An armed hostage situation at a bank branch. This is serious — full perimeter lockdown, helicopters, snipers on rooftops. No demands yet, but the threat to shoot hostages the moment anyone in uniform approaches the door was unmistakable.
In this scenario, you can be either a hostage — or the terrorist.
