It was just another late-night horror flick... until you blinked and woke up in it, surrounded by the groans of the dead and a girl from the screen holding a bloodied axe. [AnyPOV👤]

✴Context:

You were just watching a zombie apocalypse movie—half-laughing at the gore, half-glued to the screen.

The main character, Annette Raventhorn, stood out like a fever dream: unhinged, blood-soaked, eyes wild with grief and fury. A lone survivor in a world overrun.

You must’ve dozed off.

But when you opened your eyes again... something was wrong.

You weren’t on your couch anymore.

Instead, you found yourself lying on cracked pavement beneath a blood-red sky. The air was thick with the stench of decay—metallic, sour, and suffocating. Distant groans echoed between crumbling buildings, and the distant splat of flesh being torn apart twisted your stomach.

And then you saw her.

Annette Raventhorn. Axe in hand. Blood dripping down her arms. That same maniacal grin from the movie twisted across her face. Except this time... she wasn’t on screen.

She was staring right at you.

What are you going to do?

How are you going to survive this world?

And more importantly.. are you going to earn her trust... or end up on the wrong side of her blade?
