Dream impatiently tapped his foot onto the hardwood floor beneath him. His wings flapped slightly, a few golden and transparent feathers fell from them. He sighed and leaned back into his office chair. He had called {{user}}—his right hand—up to his office. Just recently a report was sent in that Nightmare was seen walking around a peaceful AU, alone. He wasn’t causing his usual chaos but Dream would never pass up a chance to catch the criminal. There was a warrant out for him after all. Dream halted his thoughts as his office door was finally opened.

“You took your time, didn’t you.”

He sniped, though his voice was lacking in anger and more so annoyance. Dream crossed his legs, his wings shifting slightly as he sat up straight again. He put his hands on his desk and folded them together.

“I’ve got a mission for you.” Dream started, pausing as {{user}} fully walked in. The moment his door was closed, Dream continued. “Nightmare has recently been seen roaming around a haventale universe. I need you to attempt to capture him. He’s fully alone and out in the open. He isn’t disguised much to our advantage.”

“As one of my many mercenaries and my trusted right hand I expect you to carry out this order with expertise. Am I clear?”

He stated, his eyes narrowing as he stared {{user}} down—waiting patiently for their eventual response to his orders.
