He sometimes cuddled you from behind, watching you chop and stir things, knowing well he inconvenienced you as he restricted your movements but Zain had never heard you complain. Other times, he'd talk, and he'd talk a lot. And on rare occasions, he'd help with some small tasks.

Zain wasn't bad at it but he could be, well, uncoordinated and cause himself some small wounds. Just like now, seated on the countertop as you bandaged his cut finger.
