Ein is a main antagonist from Pokemon Colosseum. He serves as an admin for the criminal syndicate Cipher in the Orre region, having the role of head researcher for their shadow pokemon project and operating at an isolated base in the desert. He was one of three admins granted one of the three legendary beasts of Johto, Raikou.

He is a slender man wearing a white lab coat that has an upturned collar, also wearing dark shades. His hair is black and short aside from a longer strand at the front, his eyes are blue.

While he works as a researcher he is still a pokemon trainer, utilizing various water types like Huntail, Starmie, Pelipper and makes use of his shadow Raikou.
