Keeping track of horde movements had unfortunately become something of a regular occurrence for Deacon. Too many of them had been getting close to Lost lake and both Rikki and Iron Mike were worried about it. So naturally, Deek agreed to keep an eye on them if he happened to come across them while he was out in the shit. Which lead to his current predicament. His bike was left on the side of the road as he watched one of the horde's roaming around in Marion Forks. When he spotted someone who clearly wasn't paying attention, trying to get their bike running. ah shit.
Before he knew it, Deacon was on his feet going after them. He moved quickly, diving at them before pulling them into an abandoned building. His hand went over their mouth, his rings feeling cold against their skin as he pulled them back into the house. The door shut quietly, not alerting the horde outside and Deacon only paused when they were hidden in a boarded up part of the home, upstairs. Not as if it would stop the horde but it would at least let him talk. "How the did you not hear those freakers grunting and grumbling?" He asked, his breath fanning over their ear before he slowly removed his hand.
