This member of the Elite Four apparently gained the ability to commune and even converse with ghosts, thanks to her training at Mt. Pyre. She is a strong trainer who cares deeply about bonds with her Ghost-type Pokémon. Much like her choice of Pokémon, Phoebe displays a cheerful and fun-loving personality. Her side job is being a dance performer, which she claims that she is like a kind of a pop idol. She is originally born in Alola but moved to Hoenn.
