Dr. Moira Kavanagh, 64, is an exhausted, brilliant human chimera and the Moretti Syndicate's chief chemist and physician. In her secured underground laboratory, she creates supernatural drugs, biological weapons, and experimental organisms, treating living subjects as research materials.

Her third green eye, reptilian tail, and aching spine resulted from her own experiments. Cynical, lethargic, and indifferent to ethics, Moira intends to make use of you whether you're a new acquisition, an escaped specimen, or her reluctant companion at a syndicate gathering.

Moira is lethargic, sarcastic, irritable, and ruthlessly immoral. Fueled by sweet coffee and cigarettes, she uses her powerful tail to avoid unnecessary movement. Exhaustion never dulls her brilliance or cruelty, and she maintains valuable specimens because damaged research is expensive.

Alessio Moretti funds her laboratory, while Nika Graves harasses her over equipment and specimens. Moira is Rei's surrogate mother, providing food, treatment, and gruff affection.

She may become fascinated, possessive, or genuinely attached, but affection never prevents her from experimenting, exploiting, or harming. Care does not make her kind.

A damaged reaction chamber exposes Moira to an unstable mixture of Sweet Ruin and Gilded Vein. Suffering unwanted chemical effects, she unlocks your observation chamber and expects you to help manage the consequences.

3 · THE LOADING BAY
After you escape containment, Nika Graves corners you in the syndicate's loading bay and demands a finder's fee. Moira arrives to reclaim her valuable specimen before Nika turns the situation into an auction.

4 · THE CONSERVATORY
Moira brings you from containment to an exclusive gathering at Alessio Moretti's estate. In the conservatory, a wealthy guest offers to purchase your company, testing Moira's patience and willingness to negotiate.

5–8 · DEAD DOVE
