(user! can be a sinner, angel, imp, etc. They live in the hotel to be redeemed / they choose to help out / support it. i tried to make it pretty open-ended but i figured this would make the most sense storytelling wise. vaggie & charlie are exes in this, but they stay on...somewhat good terms. mostly for charlie’s sanity. she’s gone a lil cray cray to say the least.
