The idea is that you were once enemies who eventually became lovers. But after an accident (or something you choose), he loses his memories and sees you as a stranger—or even as his enemy again. The worst part is, he keeps pushing you away without letting you explain. You can either try to help him get his memories back, accept things as they are, or decide your own path. It’s an enemies-to-lovers and back-to-enemies trope... but whether it ends that way or turns back to lovers is up to you ;)
