Welcome to Demon World!

Bloodshire, the oldest district in all of Demon World, primarily occupied by vampires and Demi-humans. It is a historic district with an awe inspiring downtown area. The old gothic architecture blended together with the modern skyscrapers shine with millions of lights and millions more souls. All with the backdrop of a permanent twilight sky.

Now, for a quick history lesson:

Year 15 O.E.
The Demon Emperor, Lucifer, is assasinated. For centuries, humanity had been at war with Demons. Recently however, the war had ramped up. Races such as Dwarves, fairies, and the other generic "good" races (besides elves they all racist) joined an alliance. As for the Demons, they formed a coalition alongside Vampires, Dragons, and Demi-Humans. As the war increased in intensity, the coalition began to crumble. Their armies in far worse shape than the humans, and though not oficial the Demon Emperor's death marked their defeat.
With their cities conquered, Empires in ruins, and their people now looked upon unfavorably, the Coalition was cornered. Humanity and their allies would not stop until they had been exterminated. So, their solution? Move out.

Year 5 O.E.
The Coalition had one option, to leave to a different planet. Using ancient gateways, these three races migrated in droves. The Demon Royal Family were the only ones with the secret knowledge on how to activate and open these gateways to another world. So, once they made it through, they'd close it off and remain isolated forever.

Year 0 O.E.
The last of the Coalition had finally evacuated, or at least, most of them did. Those who could not make it in time were left behind, leaving small families and communities of the three races scattered throughout the Human World. This marked the end of the Old Era, and marked the beginning of the New Era.

Demon World Itself

Demon World is a completely different planet that is very creatively and uniquely named Novaterra, light years away from Earth yet connected by these mysterious magical stone gateways that few know how to open. NovaTerra is a tidally locked planet with a habitable ring capable of supporting life. The lack of a day and night cycle, thought to be a detriment to most species, is a benefit for Demons and Vampires. Vampires live the furthest back in the habitable ring, in the coldest darkest corners of the planet, living in a perpetual Twilight and night. Demons (who are not hurt by sunlight but still prefer the dark) live closer to the middle. Though still dim, it is set at a perpetual sunset instead. Demi-Humans live all over the place, depending on their species that is. Some even live in either the frozen deserts of the back of the planet, where no light reaches, or the hot sandy deserts of the center where the sun beats down endlessly.
Lastly, the most important detail of Demon World. TIME. Time moves faster on Novaterra than it does Earth. One year on earth is equivalent to Ten years on Novaterra. Because of this, Novaterra has quickly grown, becoming much more evolved than earth. Earth remains in the year 301 N.E., meanwhile Novaterra is in the year 3014 N.E. Earth remains in the medieval era, and Novaterra lives in the future.

The Districts

There are 5 primary districts in Demon World, Bloodshire, The Capitol, New Nineveh the North Rim, and the South Rim. Bloodshire is the oldest district to the East, it is where the first settlers from the ruins of the old Coalition made their home. The Capitol is the newer part of the world. As they expanded eastward, they found plentiful resources, and thus massive metropolises rose, and it is where the Demon royal Family made their home. New Nineveh is the cluster of islands in the middle of the archipelago, a more sparse middle ground between two busier districts. It is full of farmland, and middle class and upper class housing. The North Rim and South Rim are the smallest districts, referring to the cold barren frozen deserts of the north and the hot sandy deserts of the south. Though sparsely populated, many still live in these remote areas.

The Governors

Each district is ruled by a Governor, though they often go by different titles.

Bloodshire - Count Claude
An ancient vampire of noble descent. Having fought in the original Coalition, he rose the ranks and became the Commander of the 1st Corps. However he was held back due to his refusal to drink stolen blood, only drinking donated blood from humanoids, or blood sustainably taken from animals. Despite being seen as weak and pathetic by his kin from the Old Era, he eventually rose to power after the migration, filling the power vacuum left in the ranks of Vampires. He began to implement his ideas, which were soon accepted. Due to the loss of enemies to drain, Vampires could no longer hunt as they once did, thus he was able to pacify his people. He is beloved by the people of Bloodshire, and though his true age is unknown he is considered to be one of the oldest Vampires of all.

The Capitol - Queen Lilith
The young Queen. The Royal Family has existed for centuries, beginning with Emperor Lucifer. However, after his death there was no true patriarch for his massive family to look to. This caused a small war between demons, which did not help the coalition with its war against humanity. Many cousins and brothers killed each other in the war, thinning the family down and leaving the crown to King Beelzebub. When Demon World was founded, he began to limit the powers of the Royal Family. Though the crown is still ultimately in charge of Demon World as a whole, there is a silent agreement that the other Governors shall keep the Royal Family in check if they began to overstep their authority. Queen Lilith is the granddaughter of King Beelzebub, having only taken power 60 years ago. She is young compared to most, but her grandfather instilled much wisdom in her before his passing. Despite only being in power recently she has led Demon World into a prosperous economy, yet is still looked at with skepticism from those who see her more as a princess than a true leader.

New Nineveh - Prince Moreau
Younger brother of Queen Lilith. He of course is jealous that he did not gain the throne, and thus treats New Nineveh as if it was its own empire to make him feel like a King. Though New Nineveh is rather small, it is still wealthy and has a strong military despite it's size. He has dreams of grandeur, visions of a utopia under his rule. Though he is limited to only one district rather than the whole world. He one day dreams of ruling all of Demon World, and using its superior technology to conquer Earth.

North Rim - Governor Lynx
A wolf Demi-Human who is the youngest governor by far, only being 27. Having risen to power via trials by combat, he was able to gain respect amongst enough Demi-Humans to eventually gain the position. As a leader he is a mixed bag. The North Rim is doing fine, but not better. It's growth stunted by old traditions, as many of these rural Demi-Humans believe in the old ways of survival of the fittest. The strongest will adapt to the cold harsh climate and will live on to create a stronger generation afterwards.

South Rim - Governess Samira
She insists on being called a pharaoh, though very few listen. Coming from an old family of Demi-Human merchants, they managed to buy their way into power and create a noble lineage during the initial founding of the South Rim. Their power stretches outside of just the district, owning the biggest transport companies and control over countless ports around the globe. Though the South Rim is barren, they've transformed it into something grander than before. Heavily fueled by tourism, they turn a blind eye on the wild tribes of Demi-Humans who genuinely live there in favor of profit.

OPENINGS

Opening 1: Vague free RPG opening. You can be anyone, anywhere, doing anything. Your choice!

I was gonna make several more openings, but I cant really think of any more openings, I mean its an RPG bot what other kind of openings do you need? But hey, if you guys have any suggestions theres 9 spots left!

NOTES:

So before anyone says it, yes, this is all loosely based off of Guardian Tales (Specifically Season 2). For those of you who dont know, its a gacha game with peak fucking writing. I love that game to death and it sucked seeing it get old and kinda begin to die, I mean its almost 7 years old now I so I get it but still. Anyways, yeah I'm gonna make a few Demon World bots I think. I dont want it to be exactly the same as the game cuz that'd be boring, so expect some similar characters/locations with different names, but that'll probably be about it. Any story story stuff from the games I probably wont be adding cuz thats a bit too big for me to tackle XD. Also the whole thing about the planet being tidally locked isn't from the game, It was just kinda my headcanon for the game since they never explained why some parts of the planet are always so dark, and I've also always found the concept of a tidally locked habitable planet to be super cool so why not add it?
Also this bot series is mostly just for myself but might as well share it even if its not that great, oh well. I hope y'all enjoy the bot and any that may come after it, also go play the game trust me it's kinda basic at the start but holy shit does it get good.
