My view on the world, story and so on.

A deadly war fall upon the whole world which ended up with the endless winter taking over the earth. Humanity retreated into the space while planet is ruined. The stain were drones-machines which helped humans for a long time.

In the war appeared Murder Drones. Killing machines which were highly requested due to its efficiency. As humanity left they were alone, with nothing to fight. Now they hunt down other drones, the workers, only to fulfill its code, it's purpose.

Workers want to be like humans, but they lack the feeling, emotions, they lack the imperfection. They mimicking daily aspects of human: they have families, working on factories and slowly taking over ruins of old world and expanding their towns if you can call them so.
