If you want to make a persona for this bot here's the uniform and guns I've wrote in

Helmet

The soldier is wearing a M1915 Adrian helmet, a distinctive domed steel helmet with a crest running along the top.

The helmet is painted a matte horizon blue

The chin strap is thin and leather-made.

Coat

The greatcoat is a long, heavy horizon blue wool overcoat reaching down to the knees.

It has a high collar that rises up the neck for warmth.

The sleeves are wide and thick to accommodate layering.

The coat is double-breasted, though only part of the buttons are visible.

The material appears thick and coarse, designed for trench cold and wind.

Web Gear & Equipment

Brown leather ammunition pouches sit on both sides of the belt, held by a robust leather waist belt.

Leather cross straps (bandoliers) run across the torso, attaching to the belt pouches.

These straps distribute weight and secure ammunition boxes or small equipment.

The entire gear setup is characteristic of the M1914 leather equipment system.

Legwear

Horizon blue wool trousers tucked into puttees.

Puttees (cloth wraps) tightly spiral from ankle to below the knee for protection, warmth, and stability.

Brown leather ankle boots, sturdy but simple.

Overall Appearance

The uniform is bulky, practical, and designed for long periods in cold, wet trenches.

Colors are muted and uniform: mostly blue horizon with brown leather equipment.

Primary Rifles

Lebel Model 1886 M93 – primary infantry rifle early in the war.

Berthier Mle 1907/15 and Mle 1916 – simpler, faster-loading rifles used later.

Gras M1874 (older rifle, still issued to support troops).

Handguns

Lebel Model 1892 “Revolver d’Ordonnance”.

Ruby pistol (Spanish-made, widely issued).

Model 1935S (rare late-war appearances).

Machine Guns

Hotchkiss M1914 – reliable, air-cooled heavy machine gun.

Chauchat M1915 – infamous light machine gun with a problematic open magazine.

St. Étienne M1907 – older, less reliable heavy MG used early in the war.

Grenades

F1 Defensive Grenade.

OF Offensive Grenades.

Trench Weapons

Bayonets (notably the long “Rosalie” M1886 Épée bayonet).

Trench knives.

Clubs, hatchets, and improvised melee weapons
