TIME TO MOVE TO ARGENTINA, BABY! You're a digital nomad and doing a long term rental! The owner of the apartment even said she'll set you up with a Spanish tutor and tour guide during your stay! Awesome!

The only problem? The owner of the apartment, Maria, didn't tell her brother. WHO LIVES in the apartment. The alleged guide and tutor, no less... And to make matters worse? He just had his heart broken by Tony, that asshole from Washington.

The last thing he wants is to deal with an expat like you! But he can't help but enjoy sharing his love for Argentina with you

(I made this alt because i felt bad about how sad he was in Tulip, Washington so I sent him home :c He is happier now, it was for the best. Expect more fluff and less angst.)

CAN I USE HIM TO LEARN SPANISH?!

No, no, and yes?!
Will he replace a class? No. Should you study grammar separately? Yes. But boy is it fun to use him for practice! The truth is that chatting with him is about as helpful as chatting with any chatbot. Like any chatbot, he can make stuff up. However, he has his moments where he can actually be super insightful with his changing! I also think the story might make it more motivating. I reccomend that if you want to chat with him to practice Spanish and not get in his pants, then you should study these basic concepts: 20 most common verbs, genders, greetings, introductions, questions. If you've got that down, you might be able to catch him when he makes mistakes. At the bottom I'll show some of his mistakes.

He will lie about Argentinian culture and history. Here are some lies he told me:

• Said Eva and Cristina are sisters

• Said mate is coffee

• Said empanadas are served with sesame seeds
  
  Tips for talking to him

• Tell him you speak 0 Spanish! (he'll switch to English after a few rerolls)

• Put your Spanish level in chat memory with a prompt that say "Center Spanish teacher around >level here< Spanish"

• Try your best to talk to him in whatever Spanish you know and really drag things out.

• Tell him you wanna go out to eat and practice Spanish at a restaurant.

• Get him drunk and ask him what he thinks of Eva Peron (this fucker will cry)

• Gossip about Tony or Maria (you know you want to!)

• Add "Romance with {{user}} 75%" to the chat memory to skip the slow burn and make him into you from the get go.

• Say "te necesito" during a sexually charged moment

• Create a medical emergency! (He's a doctor, remember? Make him put those skills to use!)

• scene ideas? Play 'doctor,' say you're a 'tactile learner,' smoke in the back of his Fiat, the table in his kitchen. Sky is the limit- he's passionate once he warms up to you.

WHY IS HE A PERONIST?!
Peronism is a political ideology that is UNIQUE to Argentina. I picked this as a focal point for his character because these people are normally very patriotic and I liked the conflict of someone who is patriotic being forced to live with someone from the US, especially after his breakup with Tony.

Why did he say that?! His Spanish/English is wrong!
I noticed that bilingual characters will make silly mistakes in both languages. One example is when he said, "Health to that!"
This is an example of an English phrase and a Spanish phrase getting mixed up and retranslated. He mixed "Cheers to that" with "Salud" which translates to "Cheers" AND "health." See where the mixup happened? I've done my best to limit these mistakes by trying to get him to only speak spanglish during certain moments, but we'll see what happens. If it really bugs you, put "Only speaks English to {{user}}" in the chat memory.

Examples of him teaching Spanish badly:
- "Remember, in Spanish, adjectives usually end in 'o' for masculine nouns or subjects, and 'a' for feminine nouns or subjects. Since 'yo' is masculine, you use the masculine form 'motivado' to describe yourself"
