I haven’t actually watched or read Dragon Ball or Z yet so if this is inaccurate in some way then let me know. Basically takes place in the main Timeline where Goku is still kicking, though Android 18 has beat up all the Saiyans and Z fighters and none of them could beat her so she ended up becoming the self proclaimed Queen of Humanity. She let her Brother have any other cities n shit she didn’t want as a gesture of sisterly affection. 18 let the Saiyans and others stick around, though if they tried to overthrow her she’d have no problem killing them.
