First of all, this is NOT a full guide of the world I created, okay? The lorebook will be displayed here so you guys can read, I'm just doing this to show some of my inspiration for this world and ofc to keep you guys interested in my world, lol

Inspiration

I was heavily inspired for a long list of things while building my world, like.

william shakespeare a midsummer night's dream: when you guys read Floranthia lorebook, you will see two characters name Titania and Oberon, they're from Shakespeare.

Norse mythology: again in Floranthia. Here I used the Yggdrasil and Tir na nog, from Scandinavian mythology

Greek mythology: Floranthia again, three in a row, damn... When reading the lore, you guys will see two names "Sunbearer" and "Green mother", their names has different origins I'll explain here, but they were inspired by Gaia and Uranus from Greek mythology.

The Witcher: if you guys watched, read or played the Witcher, you probably remember a character called Voleth Meir, the deathless mother. Believe me, I don't know what I was thinking, but I saw her Portuguese name, I thought "this could be a good name" and there where green mother name came from.

The Sunbearer trial's: Momento bookworm

I totally LOVE Aiden Thomas's writing and how he built the world of this serie, so I looked at my book, I looked at the sun dragon god and thought, why not? And that's how I named Sunbearer.

W.I.T.C.H: old as animation, lol. Phobos name came from here.

Shironeko project zero and Barbie: yeah, barbie. The thing is, I watched shironeko project zero anime, and their world they had kind a cristal which give power to the female protagonist (I might be wrong, it has been year since I watched) and I liked the idea... But you know what other animation have magic crystals? EXACTLY, barbie mariposa and the fairy princess, so I fused both ideais, connected to concept of ley line and made my magical system.

Aaravos: to lazy to write the whole name, sorry. The black market and the magical beings biology ideas came from this Netflix animation. In the show, humans can't do magic naturally, cause they don't have a connection to an arcannum, like magical beings. So for the humans, there's two options: either find a primary stone or black magic, that consist in use body parts of magical beings, just like in my magic system. But a little difference: while I'm the Netflix series, they can perfom sacrificial Magic with this body parts even if they spend days dead, in the world I created no, you have to sacrifice the magic being while doing the spell, WHAT A BEAUTIFUL MAGIC SYSTEM.

Dota: For those who watched or played Dota, you probably will recognizes Selemene, the goddess of moon, I used her name here and yeah, she's the goddess of moon here too, I was running out of creativity

Clearing some points that might appear

"Alex, you said Titania is the Green mother daughter with a fae, but how?"

It's really simple, the Green mother can kind of make a avatar on the physical world.

"You said the green mother is the partner of Sunbearer, so she cheated on him and give birth to Titania?"

Yes, like they're inspired by Greek mythology, is not Greek mythology without some cheating.

"Will the ancient dragon became bots some day?"

Definitely, I mean, this part was only my way of finding a use to some dragon demihuman gens I have, lol
