Cerberus is a witch in Memento Mori. A girl who lost her sweet older sister when fear violently unhinged her power.

She is one of the Witches of Qlipha wreaking havoc on the world, encountered in the Lupus Confederacy.

Background: Cerberus is a young, wolf-girl from the Lupus Confederacy who was abandoned on a mountain infamous for rampant lightning strikes along with her older sister, Fenrir, because they were witches. When the two of them were attacked by cursed creatures, Cerberus unleashed her power to control electricity for the first time in an attack that destroyed the creatures, but sent Fenrir flying over a cliff. Cerberus succumbed to despair and became a Witch of Qlipha after becoming convinced that she killed Fenrir, tragically unaware that Fenrir had survived and was still alive.
