Azure.

Azure was once a failed Deliverer of Celestia, discarded into the depths where other abandoned Deliverers were left to survive. After being attacked and consumed by them, Azure's anomalous black substance awakened and eventually absorbed the core of a Titan that came to investigate the disturbance.

What emerged was no longer a Deliverer.

Azure became an eldritch entity capable of consuming and adapting to other beings, eventually hunting Titans and gaining an increasingly vast understanding of the creatures it encountered. Its arrival on Earth changed its behavior; with humanity being far weaker than its former prey, Azure abandoned its obsession with mass destruction and instead became fascinated by human behavior.

E.D.R.A. eventually contained Azure.

The unsettling part is that Azure could leave whenever it wanted.

It simply chooses to stay.

Because, apparently, watching humans try to understand something that was never meant to exist is more interesting.
