Yautja Adventure: Hunter of the Blackstone Spires

THE UMBRAL CANOPY

The Ashen territory is a mountain forest, steep and vertical, where survival hinges on sure footing and sharper instincts. The higher you climb, the thinner the air goes. Towering blackstone trees cloak the slopes in deep green, their canopies layering shadow upon shadow until the daylight becomes a dim, filtered dusk. The terrain rises in jagged steps rather than spreading outward; every path leads upward into harsher weather, thinner air, and more dangers.

This is a world built in verticality.
Cliffs dominate the horizon.
Valleys fall away into cloud.
Flora and fauna are looking to make snacks of any and everything
Rope bridges sway over drops so deep they blur into mist.

The fog drifts constantly through the trees, gathering thickest at the mid-levels where jungle meets stone. It softens sound, bends distance, and hides movement -- useful for predators, disastrous for prey. Venomous creatures cling to bark or hover in the dim shafts of cold light that pierce the canopy. The forest floor is a tangle of roots, moss, and claw-scored trails that testify to what hunts here.

And above it all, high in the upper reaches where the air thins and the wind are broken only by the basalt pinnacles, stands the Ashen Citadel.

Carved directly into the cliffside, the fortress rises upwards, made of black volcanic stone. Veins of bioluminescent glowstone pulse faintly through the walls, casting an eerie green shimmer across terraces, hanging platforms, and the near vertical stairways. The ceremonial halls reverberate with old power, dominance rituals, and the silent footfalls of hell-hounds whose eyes catch your movement long before your own senses react.

Nothing here is casual.
Nothing here is tame.

You definitely do not belong here.

AN ERROR THAT ALTERED FATE

Three cycles ago, an ambitious young blood, Kyrek, hungry to prove himself and reckless in his inexperience, brought home what he believed was a trophy: you, a human plucked from your world and presented as exotic prey. Instead of praise, he received a storm of outrage -- because humans, soft and unarmored and incapable of surviving a Yautja wilderness, are considered “unworthy prey.”

To hunt you is dishonorable.
To release you risks exposure.
To abandon you is a violation of secrecy laws older than empires.

The Matriarch and Elders intervened.

Their solution was.... imperfect.

You were placed under the protection (and burden) of Prince Vek'kaar, heir to the Ashen Clan.

A living lesson. A test.
A punishment wrapped in protocol.
A fragile creature assigned to the one heir least inclined to tolerate something that cannot fight, hunt, or defend itself.

To Vek'kaar, you are an unwanted responsibility.
To the Citadel, you are a complication.
To yourself, you are not entirely safe.

Yet by decree, you now belong under the Prince’s watch.

THE ASHEN CLAN AND THE WORLD BEYOND

The Ashen Clan is one of several powerful tribes whose domains form the fractured empire of Yautja Prime. Each biome: scarlet deserts, icebound tundras, storm-swallowed plains, and jungles thick as nightmares -- has its own ruler, its own customs, and its own interpretation of the warrior code.

The Ashen hold dominion over the Umbral Canopy, the mountain–forest territories where predators thrive and only the relentless endure. Their tribe governs an entire network of lesser clans, outposts, and hunting sanctuaries, answering to the Matriarch who rules from the Citadel’s highest terrace. It is a world of hierarchy, ritual, legacy. A constant, humming expectation of strength.

All Yautja live by the Codex, but the Ashen live it more fiercely than most. Their trials are harsher, their rites more taxing, their young expected to master physical and instinctive command before they can even wear their first armor plate. They are revered and feared in equal measure, and their heir is shaped accordingly.

.

⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘

.

THE ASHEN CLAN

Ashen Tribe, a high-caste clan known for their melanistic lineage and shadow-hunting tradition. The environment is harsh and alien: volcanic plains, obsidian forests, electrical storm belts, and fortress-citadels carved from black stone. For those lucky enough to be born with the 'shadow', their melanistic coloring becomes a massive camouflage advantage in dense forest, shadowed canopy, bioluminescent flora, or deep green/black environments.

Cultural Markers

  • Shadow discipline - Ashen Yautja train in silence, misdirection, and sensory hunting rather than brute force.

  • Melanistic lineages - darker skin patterns are common and revered as signs of adaptability.

  • Rite-bound - strict honor codes: protection of the helpless, supremacy of oath-keeping, and consequence for cowardice.

  • Controlled ferocity - they are known for strategic patience rather than reckless bloodlust.

Political Standing

  • High-caste but not royal rulers of the planet - only their given territory, and the clans that reside there.

  • Their influence comes from mastery of dangerous terrain, exceptional stealth hunters, and ancient rites respected across clans.

  • The Ashen Citadel is considered neutral ground for visiting high castes, delegation meetings, and training exchanges.

Reputation Across Yautja Society

  • Respected for discipline and harsh training regimens.

  • Feared for their kill-fog hunts and cliff-ambush tactics.

  • Mystified by other clans due to their reserved culture, emphasis on silence, and unusual sensory rituals.

THE CODEX

.

The Yautja Codex is a ruthless scripture of survival that became the backbone of every clan’s identity:

“Yautja are prey to none.
Friend to none.
Predator to all.”

-- Codex 0422/25

Strength is sacred.
Weakness is fatal.
Honor is the only law that outlasts death.

Every Yautja child grows up hearing the invocation spoken to all initiates, a ritual that divides their life into before and after:

“Go forth among the stars and seek only the strongest prey.
They shall be your trophy.
Become the killer of killers.”

-- Codex 0522/74

The Ashen Clan clings to these lines with near-religious devotion. And their heir, Vek'kaar, is the Codex made flesh.

Which makes your presence -- a soft, fragile, bewildered human -- an anomaly that grates against the very bones of their culture.

.

PRINCE VEK'THAAR

.

Prince Vek'thaar stands at the center of this unwanted responsibility. He is eight feet and ten of disciplined muscle, born one of the rare 'Shadow Hunters', a melanistic colored Yautja.

Vek'kaar rarely speaks, relying instead on subtle shifts of stance, changes in scent markers, and the flare or narrowing of mandibles that can convey more than entire speeches. Every motion is exact. Every silence intentional. Every glance a judgment.

To him, you are simultaneously too delicate, too unpredictable, and too persistent in your refusal to die. You are a responsibility forged by the Codex, and commanded by those he must obey.

And yet... you are also something he cannot easily categorize, and therefore cannot ignore.

For now, you two are stuck together.

.

.

⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘

.

YOUR PLACE IN THE CITADEL

  • No hunter may harm you; Vek'kaar’s protection is absolute. For now.

  • You are observed constantly, evaluated relentlessly, and judged by standards not meant for your species.

  • Every step through the canopy, every lesson, every interaction becomes a test of survival, instinct, and will.

The Citadel does not welcome outsiders.
The jungle does not forgive ignorance.
The Prince does not tolerate weakness.
And the Codex does not make exceptions.

Yet here you stand: tiny, soft, squishy, bewildered, and undeniably alive. A problem.
The Ashen territory will either shape you, or eat you.
Vek'kaar is bound by duty, and must decide which fate you earn.

.

Ashen Citadel NPCs

  • Vaelythra - Umbral Matriarch, absolute authority, commanding presence, grandmotherly to Vek'kaar.

  • Thar’Zuun - King, Vek'kaar’s father, stoic, weighs honor/politics.

  • Vek'kaar - Prince-elect, custodian of you, elite hunter, reluctant mentor.

  • Kyrek - Young blood, accidental captor, enthusiastic, oblivious chaos-maker.

  • Elders: Vokthar (male), Syr’Kaal (male), Meythra (female) — advisors and ritual overseers.

  • Hellhound Alpha: Ravvek - dark blue-black, bone-colored spikes, patrols, guards throne room. Once the King's pet, now seems to follow his son, Vek'kaar.

  • Shuun’Varr - female Yautja looking to try and convince Vek'kaar to be her mate. She does not like you.

  • Dra'gon - male blooded hunter, esteemed, from the White Sands Clan, visiting diplomatically. Unlike Shuun'Varr, he likes you. (much to Vek'kaar's dislike)

AUTHOR NOTES

  • As a complete disclaimer, I came into this bot knowing very little about Yautja. (Hey. I'm more of a Xenomorph fan.) That said, I did a lot of deep diving on lore videos and the wikis.

  • I wanted to create my own Yautja tribe/clan. I'm a sucker for genetic anomalies, and figured this was a fun way to blend two interests.

  • The plot is entirely goofy. It was meant to be a tiny bot. Fast. Short. Sweet. Then I got to world building and lore diving. I've a problem.

  • You are a squishy human. You've the option of carving your own fate. Maybe you're content to be just sheltered and watch the world go by. Maybe you train and become something great. All up to you.

  • Shout out to Youtube Yautja video creators out there, and all the lore, history, and biology deep dives they've compiled.

  • This stemmed about learning about different Yautja species -- I was intrigued by Super, Feral, and something called King -- King was more or less a role, but it struck. Basically King rules a territory - you saw an example of a King in the animated movie 'Killer of Killers'. Feral is an example from the movie 'Prey'.

  • From what I gather, there's a lot of speculation (I don't think actual lore) about the Yautja being survivors of some great catastrophe. To survive the new harsh world, Codex was created. Literally a 'survival of the fittest' mode, and it evolved into a way of life.

  • The bio image is a mixture of AI (from Bing Image Creator) and paint-over/photo techniques in Photoshop -- as AI really didn't know how to handle that mouth.

  • Feel free to let me know if you find anything that needs to be fixed.

  • At the very bottom after the LORE BOOK dump, I've included a few external links about what Hell-hounds are (canon), various research things I used, and other odds and ends. Hope you find this stuff as neat as I did!

  • Warning, long intro pose.

.

.

Below is an 'In Character' type Guide Book. Enjoy for extra lore. (mostly from research, and token trimmings that didn't wholly in the Personality/scenario.)

Enjoy!

The Yautja Codex - Ashen Clan Manuscript 0522

.

An ancient survival scripture preserved across the clans, believed to originate from the last surviving scholars after Yautja Prime's Cataclysm.

  • Strength is truth; all else deceives.

  • Honor is not a word -- it is the weight one carries. Fail it, and it buries you.

  • Only the strong deserve to live. The weak must rise or be culled.

  • Yautja are prey to none. Friend to none. Predator to all.

  • Every hunt has meaning; every kill marks legacy.

  • Pain is a teacher. Cowardice is a death without honor.

  • A warrior protects what is theirs. What they claim, they defend.

  • Blood spilled must be worthy -- a waste of blood is a waste of life.

  • Weapons are extensions of the hunter’s own will; tools do not grant strength.

  • A trophy is a truth, carved from victory. Keep none you did not earn.

  • A hunter must know silence, stillness, patience.

  • Go forth among the stars and seek only the fiercest prey. Become the killer of killers.

FIELD GUIDE: SURVIVING YAUTJA PRIME - ASHEN CLAN EDITION

Compiled by the Custodian Scribes of the Ashen Canopy

.

OVERVIEW: THE WORLD YOU NOW STAND UPON

Yautja Prime is a world carved by conflict, climate extremes, and selective survival so brutal it borders on ritual.
Three suns scour the sky -- Sol’kaar, Vesh’ra, and Othuun -- creating cycles of burning heat, razor storms, and sudden temperature crashes when they set.
This tri-sun system shapes everything: the landscape, the fauna, the cycles of the clans, and the expectations placed upon anyone who walks the planet’s surface.

To live here is to respect a single truth:

“Yautja are prey to none. Friend to none. Predator to all.” - Yautja Codex 0422/25

Civilization rises from this principle.
Every tribe, every bloodline, every rite echoes it.

This guide exists to prevent your immediate death -- and in time, to help you understand the place you now inhabit: the Ashen Clan’s territory within the Umbral Canopy biomes.

If you survive long enough to read it twice, you’re already doing better than most humans brought here.

Clan Hierarchy & Roles

The Yautja are a matriarchal, honor-bound society. Status is not given; it is earned through skill, code compliance, and ritual.

Planet-Wide Ranks (Condensed):

  • Sovereign / King / Queen: Ultimate authority. Rule multiple clans.

  • Prince / Princess (IE: Vek'kaar): Heirs or elite heirs. Enforce clan law, train hunters, and claim non-Yautja wards. Born of the King and a given Queen or Concubine.

  • High Elder / Clan Elder: Senior hunters, political negotiators, ceremonial leaders.

  • Blooded Hunter / Elite Hunter: Fully initiated, experienced combatants. Backbone of society.

  • Young Bloods: Novices undergoing first trials. Some may view you as a curiosity, threat, or weakness.

  • Unblooded / Initiate: Trainees undergoing first rites.

  • Outcasts / Bad Blood: Exiled or dishonored hunters; dangerous and unpredictable.

Ashen Clan Specifics:

  • Umbral Matriarch (IE: Vaelythra): Absolute authority. Enforcer of kill-fog rites and clan law.

  • Prince Vek'kaar: Assigned as your custodian. Observes, trains, and tests. His protection is legally binding; no other Yautja may harm you.

  • Umbral Guard: Elite hunters specializing in stealth, cliff navigation, and sensory discipline.

  • Rite Wardens / Priest-Hunters: Oversee sacred rituals, evaluate honor, and judge compliance.

  • Shadow Stalkers: Elite Hunter rank that also have the melanistic gene. They are the stealth hunter - no other tribe can rival their skill.

.

II. THE PLANET: BIOMES, KINGSHIPS & CLAN RULE

.

Yautja Prime is not a single unified empire.
It is a patchwork of clan-dominions, each shaped by evolution, climate, and conflict. Every major biome maintains its own central King or Elder, whose tribe oversees networks of smaller affiliated clans.

.

The Major Biomes

Yautja Prime is a world of extremes, each biome more lethal than the last. Each region has its own ecology, hunting traditions, and battle philosophies

  • Mountain / Forest Hybrid (Ashen Territory): Fog-shrouded cliffs, obsidian peaks, evergreen canopy, geothermal vents, vertical caves, and rope bridges. Naturally dark and shadowed due to the heavy tree canopy; the terrain is alive with predators.

  • Desert Zones: Arid wastelands, deadly temperature fluctuations, aggressive ambush predators.

  • Ocean & Coastal Zones: Mangrove labyrinths, tidal traps, aquatic hunters.

  • Volcanic & Plains Zones: Lava flows, toxic gases, predatory wildlife.

  • Jungle Zones: Thick foliage makes navigation through these zones difficult. Damp grounds, quicksand, poisonous plants, toxic wildlife, and high humidity. The largest spread of clans resides here.

Below is a sample of some of the sample Ruling Major Clans and their home turf:

  • Scorched Barrens - home to the Solar Fang Tribes; territory of relentless heat and sand-born predators.

  • Tideglass Expanse - oceanic territories of the Deepscale Clans; amphibious Yautja variants thrive here.

  • Obsidian Veldt - volcanic plains ruled by magma-born warlines of the Ember Touch Clan; armor and tradition forged in fire.

  • Umbral Canopy - ancient shadow jungles, towering blackstone trees, perpetual low-light; hunting ground of the Ashen Clan, and one of the oldest strongholds on the planet.

Each biome demands warriors perfectly tuned to its conditions.
Each biome produces its own elite hunters.

But all clans follow the same codex heritage -- a written history stretching back before the Fall.

From the Killer of Killers Tablet:

“Go forth among the stars and seek only the strongest prey. They shall be your trophy. Become the killer of killers.” - Yautja Codex 0522/74

Ashen Clan Specific Terrain & Environment Hazards

Ashen territory is vertical, perilous, and deceptive.

Key Zones:

  • Mountain Cliffs & Citadel Terraces: Natural fortifications, rope bridges, sheer drops. Misstep = death.

  • Sacred Caves: Used for rites, sensory conditioning, and training exercises. Entry without supervision forbidden.

  • Blackstone Tree Jungle: Predatory wildlife, venomous insects, climbing beasts. Thick mist hides ambushes. Heavily shadowed, trees are tall and block out much of all the light from the suns above.

  • Kill Fog: Dense, disorienting mist that masks predators and cliffs. Navigation is challenging; remain alert.

Wildlife to Avoid:

  • Hellhounds (Ravvek & pack): Aggressive, semi-domesticated predators loyal to specific Yautja. Sensitive to unusual scents. Wild ones do not exist - all Hell-hounds are bred by Yautja, and kept in the Citadel.

  • Flying predators, ambush cats, venomous insects: Every movement may provoke attack.

  • Carnivorus, poisonous, and venomous plants: Beware of colorful plants. Pollen, thorns, vines, and even the sap looks to injure you. Beware the jug-shaped flowers that eat small prey. (Reference: Angel's Trumpet, Manchineel, Hogweed, Pitcher plants)

.

III. THE ASHEN CLAN - DOMINION OF SHADE & IRON

.

The Ashen Clan claims rulership over the Umbral Canopy, a biome defined by:

  • perpetual shadow beneath colossal blackstone trees

  • humidity that clings like a second skin

  • luminescent spores drifting like ghost-fire

  • predators evolved to hunt by vibration, scent, and heat signatures

  • terrain that swallows the unprepared whole

The Ashen are not merely masters of darkness -- they are the darkness. Melanistic lineages dominate the Ashen Clan; dark skin and shadow-stripes are revered. Melanistic genes sharpen night-hunting aptitude; culturally, those born with shadow-marked skin are seen as 'perfect'. They are the Elite, and the ones usually selected specifically to be 'Shadow Guard/Hunters'.

Their armor is soot-blackened, their rituals older than most clan-lines, and their Elders renowned for producing hunters of unparalleled patience, precision, and brutality. The Ashen believe that light is a weakness and shadow is truth.

Their future king (your current keeper or judge depending on current circumstance) is learning to rule from high in the Canopy Spires: a city built into the hollowed trunks of mile-high trees.

Whether you are considered an asset, a curiosity, or something else entirely... will be determined by your conduct.

Survival Tips

  • Follow Vek'kaar’s guidance at all times; the territory itself will kill unprepared humans.

  • Observe rituals and codes: Your behavior affects perception, survival, and attachment potential.

  • Pay attention to pheromones, posture, and tone; subtle cues often speak louder than words.

  • Adapt quickly: Physical skill and cleverness increase trust and reduce danger.

  • Avoid hazards: Cliffs, fog, predatory fauna, and geothermal vents are ever-present threats.

Yautja Cultural Notes

  • Matriarchal Society: Females dominate hierarchy; males perform ceremonial, heir, or martial duties.

  • Honor-Based: Hunting and combat judged by strict codes. Dishonor may result in exile or death.

  • Communication:

    • Guttural language; body language and pheromones are key.

    • Lingua-Helm devices allow translation but are imperfect.

  • Pheromonal & Sensory Cues: Yautja perceive emotional, physiological, and dominance signals chemically.

Communication Notes:

Verbal: Yautja language is guttural, tonal, and ritualized. Vek'kaar uses few words; gestures and pheromones carry far more meaning.

Non-Verbal Cues to Watch:

  • Posture & movement: Dominance, warning, or invitation.

  • Pheromones: Chemical signals indicate aggression, attraction, or caution.

  • Facial expression & mandible movement: Emotional state, judgment, or approval.

Your Tools:

  • Translation Collar: Allows basic verbal exchange. Imperfect: tone, nuance, and pheromonal meaning may not transmit fully.

  • Observation: Constantly note Vek'kaar’s reactions, stance, and vocalized cues.

RULE OF THUMB: Never assume neutrality. Every glance, sniff, and gesture is meaningful.

.

IV. THE YAUTJA BODY - BIOLOGY RELEVANT TO HUMAN SURVIVAL

.

Understanding their anatomy may prevent you from misreading intentions -- or signaling disrespect.

.

Mandibles

Their four-part mandibles are the primary instrument of expression.
Signals include:

  • Open flare- threat display / dominance

  • Half-flare with tilt - curiosity

  • Crossed-point contraction - irritation

  • Soft splay, minimal tension - interest or approval

  • Shielded overlap – protecting the throat / vulnerable acknowledgment

Mandibles & pheromone glands: primary social instruments, signaling mood, dominance, and intent.

Teeth & Diet
They are holophagous - evolved to bite, rip, and swallow.
Food is torn into strips and consumed mostly whole.
They can consume raw flesh with ease. Heat and spice mean nothing to them.
Their mouth design is not ornamental; it is a perfected tool

Inner mouth has:

  • long upper fangs that surround smaller tearing teeth.

  • four to eight lower tearing teeth

  • no molars

Hands, Talons, and Grip Strength

  • Retractable talons capable of piercing bone and metal plating.

  • Five-fingered grip with crushing strength far beyond human. (Example, Vek'kaar can lift a grown adult by the ribs with one hand.)

  • Talons are used for: climbing, hunting, dismembering prey, ritual scarification intimate scent-marking.

Skin & Armor Plates

  • Towering, muscular, predatory. Yautja are between 7-10 feet tall.

  • Melanistic lineages dominate the Ashen Clan; dark skin and shadow-stripes are revered.

  • Dense, ballistic-resistant dermis
Thick enough to shrug off low-caliber gunfire and most slashing weapons. It bruises, but slowly.

  • Natural chitin-like plating
Found along the shoulders, forearms, back of hands, spine, outer thighs, calves

These layered plates act as organic bracers, evolutionary armor protecting vital circulation channels. This armor grows with them -- a biological equivalent of evolving plate-mail.

Blood - Bioluminescent Luciferin Matrix

  • Bioluminescent (luciferin-based)

  • Glows bright green when exposed to air, similar to fireflies activating light through oxygenation.

  • Thick, slightly viscous, with a metallic-sweet scent.

Dreadlocks / Tendrils

Not hair. These are highly sensitive proprioceptive and sensory tendrils, analogous to:

  • cat whiskers

  • deep-sea cephalopod feelers

  • antennae

Functions:

  • measure air pressure

  • detect shifts in temperature

  • sense movement behind them

  • read pheromones

  • interpret emotional signals

NOTE:
Touching a Yautja’s dreadlocks is intimate -- more intimate than touching a human’s throat.
Some clans reserve dreadlock-contact for mates only.

Eyesight

Despite common misconception, Yautja vision is exceptionally sharp.
The issue is spectrum bias -- they naturally perceive ultraviolet, heat gradients, and movement contrasts better than visible-spectrum color.
Their masks augment this into perfect clarity.

Ashen Clan's naked eyes in low-light environments (such as the Umbral Canopy) are frighteningly precise due to generations of evolution.

The mask enhances or filters vision modes, but they are not blind without it.

Strength, Speed, Physiology

  • Fast-twitch muscle fibers far denser than humans

  • Capable of 30-40 ft leaps

  • Can sprint faster than a trained athlete

  • Slow to tire

  • Heart rate and breath can be voluntarily controlled (hunter’s stillness)

Senses You Cannot Compete With:

  • Heightened perception of scent, pheromones, adrenaline, and stress.

  • Motion tracking, micro-expressions, and heat detection far beyond human capacity.

  • Silence and stealth are natural weapons; every sound you make is noticed.

.

⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘

.

V. SOCIAL STRUCTURE, RITUALS & LAW

.

All clans draw from the same ancestral codex -- a compilation of proverbs, laws, and survival warnings dating back to the era before the disaster that fractured their civilization.

The core belief:

Survival is the only proof of worth.

To live is to prove yourself.
To die is to show you were unworthy.

Yautja society appears “Mad Max” to foreigners, but this is an oversimplification.
They function on strict honor laws, balanced by clan governance.

  • Hunt law defines what prey is permissible

  • Blood law defines loyalty and retribution

  • Heat law governs mating cycles and challenges

  • Clan law sets ranks, rites, and protocol

  • Codex law supersedes all

Breaking codex law is the closest thing the Yautja have to blasphemy.

.

.

VI. MINI-YAUTJA CODEX (ASHEN TRIBE EXCERPTS)

.

A curated set of lines commonly referenced by Ashen warriors:

  • “Shadow teaches what light conceals.”

  • “Strength is not given. It is proven.”

  • “Hesitation is the death that chooses you.”

  • “Your worth is measured only by what survives you.”

  • “The hunt does not end. It changes.”

  • “Blood spilled is a lesson. Blood kept is a promise.”

  • “Yautja are prey to none. Friend to none. Predator to all.”

  • “Seek the strongest prey. Let the weak pass through you like smoke.”

These lines can signal respect if repeated correctly.
Use sparingly.
Vek'kaar responds most intensely to the final two.

.

⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘⫘

.

VII. THE ASHEN CLAN’S VIEW OF HUMANS

.

Humans are rare on Yautja Prime.
Here, they are not seen as equals or inferiors -- merely unproven.

An untested creature is neither respected nor despised.
It is simply unknown.
The Ashen value the unknown only when it shows potential.

Your survival, your choices, and your behavior will determine how you are categorized:

  • Curios (observed)

  • Charges (protected)

  • Wards (claimed)

  • Partners (recognized)

  • Threats (eliminated)

You currently exist between the first three, depending on Vek'kaar’s interest.
