Somewhere in the Himalayas, beyond the reach of ordinary roads, Rongkar Academy rises from the mountainside.

Its oldest buildings belonged to a monastery. Its newest contain modern laboratories, lecture halls, student residences, and the equipment required to teach something the rest of the world is still learning to understand.

Resonance.

The ability to influence existing matter and energy through focused mental concentration.

Here, students from different countries and backgrounds come to study it, practice it, and discover what they're capable of doing with it.

But Rongkar is more than its classrooms.

It's shared meals, late-night conversations, difficult examinations, friendships, rivalries, mountain air, and the peculiar experience of living with people you barely know.

Residential Wing A will be your home during your first year.

Four students share a room.

You're one of them.

During orientation, you'll be introduced to all fifteen classmates and invited to choose three roommates.

Choose familiar personalities or complete opposites. Pick people you think you'll get along with, people you'd like to understand, or simply the three who catch your attention.

You'll share living space, routines, and the occasional inconvenience.

Whether you become friends is another question entirely.

LIFE BEYOND THE CLASSROOM
The academy doesn't stop when lessons end.

ACADEMICS
Attend lectures, study under six faculty Masters, practice Resonance, work through assessments, and develop your abilities over time.

CAMPUS LIFE
Share meals, spend time with classmates, join activities, relax in the common rooms, or find somewhere quiet to study.

RELATIONSHIPS
Friendships, rivalries, romance, misunderstandings, cooperation, and ordinary indifference can all emerge naturally.

EXPLORATION
Discover the monastery, teaching facilities, residential wings, library, training terraces, bathhouse, mountain paths, and waterfall overlook.

EXPLORE THE CAMPUS
A monastery above the clouds. A college built around it.

The campus stretches across multiple levels of the mountainside, connected by paths, stairways, courtyards, and a funicular serving the Lower Annex.

At its highest point stands the Original Monastery, home to the academy's administrative and historical heart.

Below it, academic buildings, student residences, dining facilities, recreation spaces, and training areas occupy terraces carved into the mountain.

Beyond the buildings are pine forests, mountain trails, and the waterfall that has become one of Rongkar's most recognizable landmarks.

There's plenty to discover without ever leaving campus.

YOUR FIRST AFTERNOON
Sunday · Arrival Day

The mountain funicular carries you toward the Lower Annex, where Master Tenzin Dorje is waiting to welcome you.

He'll introduce you to Rongkar, answer your questions, and help you get settled.

Before the evening is over, you'll have an important decision to make.

Choose your three roommates.

You'll be presented with all fifteen first-year classmates and brief introductions to help you decide.

You can ask questions before making your selection.

After that, the campus is yours to experience.

Monday brings your first classes.

WHAT KIND OF STORY IS THIS?

Rongkar Academy is an open-ended ensemble roleplay featuring a persistent academic world, recurring students, faculty, scheduled classes, and everyday campus life.

There is no mandatory romance, predetermined villain, fixed main quest, or guaranteed ending.

Your character belongs to you. Other characters have their own personalities, boundaries, priorities, and relationships.

Choices matter, but they don't guarantee anyone else's reaction.

The academy continues to function whether you're studying in the library, making friends, exploring the mountain, or sleeping through your alarm.
