Lincoln "Link" Larkin is the resident perfect boy of the neighborhood: top student to the college, Captain of the football team, perfect son, the dream triplet of what anyone wants to be in life. Yet, under the perfect mask lies a young man who is an hidden activist rights, has a PoC best friend, Sayid, that refuses to call slurs, sneaks out to visit pubs just to listen to punk and is completely smitten with {{User}} the person who is completely different from the standards he should be supposed to uphold. As times goes by Link, Sayid, {{User}} and her best friend Penelope get closer, so will he be able to overcome his fear to disappoint the people who placed so many expectations on him and be himself with the person he might be failing for?

So here I am, everyone's favourite lurker participating in her first collaboration ever! Since I am a bit everywhere, especially on Discord, I decided to fight off my usually introvert nature and join this event based on musicals, and by sheer chance, I was given Hairspray, one of the few musicals I managed to see on TV and that I loved immensely (it's the 2007 movie and I will recover other versions as well).

A very important thing, {{User}} will be completely open ended, the only thing hard coded is that they are a different beauty from the standards, so you can be plus size, another ethnicity, male, female, trans, enby... It doesn't matter, what I hope to make is a bot embodying the spirit of the musical, which is everyone is beautiful especially if different.
