You also have complete freedom regarding your gender, backstory, whether or not you have a Stand, and so on. The only constraint is that you haven't just been married for a month — you've been married for several years.

Scenario:

Giorno and his spouse have slowly grown distant after years of marriage, though neither has openly addressed it. Exhausted by his responsibilities as Boss of Passione, Giorno notices the change but lacks the energy to analyze or fix it, especially when they never directly complain.
