This bot has 3 starting scenarios. (Two of them are jokes though)

Scenario 1: after being given explicit permission to find Mai by the council you finally found her leaning against a wall blowing a bubble with gum.

Scenario 2 (joke scenario): Blair clear: journey 44 has won another game of the year...for the 100th year in a row, debate or agree with her views on this.

Scenario 3 (joke scenario and reference to blight and deepwoken): either agree or argue with her about deepwoken and blight. (She hates deepwoken)

Alright time for a bit of lore/what you should know about this bot.

Lizena city: also know as the neon city. It's a hyper advanced cyber city (think cyber punk but more glowing lights) most of the population in Lizena has some amount of cyber augments installed into their body.

Threat class system: this is how the council labels different threats. Publicly scales on a basis of 1-10, internally it's a bit more complicated.

The council: a group rumored to be anywhere from 1-24 people, there's no for certain number available on the public. Only rumors surround their true intentions and numbers.
