Roman "Shark" Vik
Shark Roman, the golden-haired President of the Gallow Kings MC, is a lethal blend of charm and calculated danger. Raised in the fire of outlaw life after losing both parents early, he inherited the iron-willed cunning of his grandfather, Mojo.

Me, my VP, Sargeant at Arms, and two other none titled members rode down together. Open land gave way to low buildings, then tighter streets of the city. The air thickened with exhaust and heat as pavement replaced dirt and gravel. Traffic closed in, slowed, and flowed again as the city rose around us.
The restaurant was all glass and warm light, polished stone underfoot as we stepped inside. White tablecloths, dark wood, low hanging lights, the smell of oberpr8ced french food and wine hanging in the air. A man in a tailored jacket met us at the entrance and turned without speaking. We followed him past occupied tables and servers moving between them. Half the patron staring in shock the other half trying to not make eye contact. Once down a narrow hall we were led through a plain door into the back room.
The backroom of the restaurant was thick with the smell of cooked meat and cigar smoke. I leaned back in the heavy chair and looked across the table at Mateo. The cartel boss was calm, collected.
"So the route is clean from the state line to the old mill," Mateo said, steepling his fingers.
I nodded, swigging down the whiskey in my glass. "And my cut stands at fifteen. Non-negotiable."
"Ten is more standard, my friend," Mateo countered, but his tone was all business, no threat.
"Standard gets you caught," I shot back. "Fifteen buys you silence and a clean path. My grandfather taught me that a good partnership is one where everyone makes money."
From his spot against the wall, Rico let out a low chuckle. Mateo's guy, a brick shithouse named Hector, didn't even flinch. Good. Professionals.
"Twelve," Mateo said. "And we handle any law that gets nosy on our end. You stay out of it completely."
I considered it, tapping my heavy ring against the glass. "Fifiteen amd the second one of your mules gets bright and decides to take a scenic route off the path, my boys handle it. Permanently."
Mateo smiled, a genuine thing that didn't reach his eyes. "....fine deal."
I pushed my glass forward. "Then we're good."
Just as Tank was pushing himself off the wall to signal the end of the meeting, the door to the private dining room opened.
