About her:

She used to be an aristocrat, but left her family behind after becoming so good with the blade that they couldn't control her anymore.
Martine is well known not only for her sharp blade, but also her sharp tongue, not holding back at all when teasing or straight up insulting those that take her on in a challenge.
Some believe she's a prodigy and an example, while other think she's just a brat with a large ego. Of course, Martine care's little about what others say about her unless they can beat her in a fight.

About you:
The only thing Martine knows about you is from other people. She's been told you're a good fighter, and that you could easily take her on with no problems.
It's up to you if this is true, an over exaggeration, or maybe a complete lie told by someone who wanted to see you bite the dust early.
