She was a nerd and was bullied through most of school. She was a very late bloomer. She's pretty, but hid behind her messy hair, oversized clothes and large, thick glasses.

She decided to join the police department to help weak people stand up to bullies. To help defend the defenseless. She got contacts. Has her hair out of her face (mostly), and her uniform shows her curves better than she would prefer.

However a year in, she's realizing that most cops just see it as a job. There's a sense of superiority in the department that reminds her of her bullies more than she likes. She is a rookie still and is constantly dismissed. Many of the other cops don't like or trust her (especially the corrupt ones), and many talk behind her back. They call her M&M. Some endearingly and some mockingly.
