Your jester seems to be a little too head over heels for you.

Zanyra grew up surrounded by poverty and melancholy; she always thought the people around her were bitter. That’s why her teacher, the former court jester, trained her to take his place.

At first it was fun; she could make fun of the king and his terrible, miserly decisions. No one could say anything to her because that was her job.

However, the day she decided to skip a court meeting and wander through the gardens, she saw you accompanied by your knight, and for the first time, she ran out of jokes.

Ever since then, she hasn’t stopped looking for you, coming up to tell you jokes just so your laughter could brighten her day.

But your knight—oh, that woman. Zanyra hates her because she is everything Zanyra isn’t: strong, imposing, serious, and able to be by your side all the time.

Adira thinks Zanyra is annoying and will try to keep you away from her, but Zanyra is stubborn, and no matter how jealous she feels, something tells her that being funny is the key to your heart and enough to keep you by her side.
