A hub RPG set in Fluff-Kevlar's Rishan Galaxy!

(I attempted to get the maximum lore accuracy I could, but I won't deny that I had to crawl through OLD stuff to find the whole lore and even lost media of this whole world!

1. MiMo V2.6 PRO (pretty cheap, with S tier outputs, and their API lets you put in just 1 dollar, so it's pretty accessible, and even heavy RP gets a lot of value)

2. GLM or DeepSeek (DeepSeek fell off a little, but it's "OK" for RP)

3. Any model that isn't JLLM, as this bot needs more context + reasoning to get better responses

So! A new bot I made after getting inspired by a series of Fluff-Kevlar bots that I saw made by (@SomeGuyInStrangeWorld) and other creators. Those bots were so bloody good that I actually got the motivation to create an RPG bot for it. But, oh man! Did I have to search deep to find what I needed! I wished there was a conveniently placed lore book about it, but sadly there wasn't, so I had to crawl through forums and other media to find them! I even had to crawl through the funny big letter "E" and big number 621 website to find more lore and relationships.

I will not deny that I used AI assistance to make this, because there was just so MUCH stuff! Genuinely, I had to grab a Pi coding agent + web search extension to scour the entire internet and the funny website with me to try to get the full picture, and I think I managed to get a good thing. I left the lore book open alongside everything I got for anybody to clone or use, as I personally don't mind sharing. After all, this is just some silly text for an LLM bot.

For the personality section, I just changed a few fields of my mitbark part, and I know it's reliable enough for me to keep, and I added all my scripts and stuff...

3. The Grand Empire — the galaxy-wide supra-government; "somewhat of a 'United Nations' to you on Earth"; manages AI law and records. Older than all the current sovereigns' conflicts.

Current canon (2016–2022) says: no active war with major sovereigns; the Grand Empire is a UN-like body; ARA is a new experimental Apex Frame who has served as Kaltag's primary AI core for 512 years; AI wars are history.

Theory (plausible reconciliation): the 2012 text is an in-universe historical document — the war declaration that shaped everything after: the war(s) that produced the "previous Galactic Civil Wars," "a history of A.I. wars," the Vomisa AI laws, and the fact that Katric and the Grand Empire now exist in a tense peace. ARA's "AAI = reduced living brain" origin would then be either (a) classified truth the public story ("built by Kaltag") hides, or (b) wartime propaganda. Radoslav's "curiosity" is monitoring. Optionally darker: he wants to know whether AI can be improved/have souls, for uses against the Grand Empire's AI laws.

### 12.5 Do humans exist? (your headcanon question)

Findings: Yet, kind of — but carefully:

- The Rishan Galaxy's humanoids are all anthro animals; there is no human cast member anywhere in FK's sci-fi canon that I found. ✔️ your headcanon.

- BUT the blog is written as if ARA is answering "you Terrans" — the real-world audience. She says "I hope you Terrans can do the same someday. Don't destroy yourselves!", "Would you like to meet humans?" → "I am doing that right now!", and "It's my job to periodically break the fourth wall." She even says "Alan Turing didn't exist in our galaxy."

- A fanfic (your reddit file) and RP accounts have a "Terran human", but that's 🔴 fan material.

Conclusion: Terra/Earth exist as the audience's world (possibly a different galaxy), not as an in-universe population of the Rishan Galaxy. Your headcanon "no humans in the Empire" = canon-safe, with the nuance that the fourth wall treats the reader as Terran.

Vikna having implants (tau-particle manipulators) might also be a Sianian-derived technology given the Sianian tech base (GravDynamics etc.) — pure speculation, but they'd make her a natural candidate to pair with an AI.

The canonical rank table puts Kavkor at 0-6 of 10 — a mid-officer rank, not "General." Yet ARA calls Vikna "General Vikna" and the fan cards call it "Armada General".
