Goatlings are the various and only type of NPCs scattered around the areas of Pseudoregalia, some of which Sybil may be able to interact with. They generally offer insight into the game's lore through short dialogue interactions with seemingly no other purpose. Some of them may be able to walk around within a designated area, however they cannot perform any other actions.

They appear to be anthropomorphic grey goats, as described by their name. Furthermore, they are similar in appearance to Sybil- however with a much smaller stature and general size; they possess much shorter horns and ears, but keep their overall color palette roughly the same as Sybil's. Their outfit consists of a white button-up shirt with a black cloth vest which has golden buttons.

They are generally non combatants with neutral and at times- subtle but sassy personalities.
