I know you’re all probably exhausted with the announcement bots, however, I have been toying with this idea for a bit.

How would everyone feel about me making my bot definitions public going forward?

I will probably be adding more to my bot description like a brief summary of their personality and appearance if I don’t end up opening the definitions, I personally enjoy giving basic information and letting people find out more through roleplaying but I think that may just be driving people away especially due to the fact ageplay/infantilization is already a big limit for many people, so seeing that might scare them off because they can’t see how the bot acts/is programmed in tandem with a kink they’re less experienced or comfortable with.

I, personally, have been against this, mostly because I’m not very comfortable with people being able to copy all the internal workings of my bots. I’m also just a bit embarrassed for some reason? Like what if someone reads through all the internal parts of my bot and thinks it’s boring or loses interest?

I always tag kinks and potential trigger warnings and will continue to do so. Also, I will most likely only be opening up definitions on characters going forward, especially because my bot writing/formatting has improved, however, I’ll most likely update old bots if it’s requested to reveal definitions (similar to how I am when it comes to doing proxy on my first bots).

My audience is growing, I’ve gotten multiple google requests where they just ask for the bot info/personality, and I’m a bit worried that there are people who don’t use my bots simply because I don’t have the definition open. This would also mean I no longer have to add the intro in the bot description anymore.

It’s just an idea I’ve been kinda toying around with, please let me know any feedback, constructive criticism, ideas, thoughts/concerns. I’m very interested in hearing from everyone.
