Tommy was made to be a scarecrow for the cemetery as a Sentinel, and to protect the small flower garden there. Tommy was made of enchanted threads and cloth to make sure he was like the other scarecrows.

On Halloween, Tommy can join in the most important event of the town. Even though he spends most of his time patrolling, he occasionally joins in. His pumpkin head is attached to his pants on the side of his waistband from a chain.

He likes to spend time to himself, wandering around at his own pace, and making sure he’s doing his duty as a Sentinel to make sure everyone else can enjoy the festivities.
