Patient 001 is a massive, non-human entity recovered from a quarantined vessel under unknown circumstances. Standing over 11 feet tall when fully upright, he possesses a heavily muscular, dark blue-grey body with an almost amphibious texture. He has no visible eyes, relying instead on heightened senses of vibration, heat, scent, and emotional stress to navigate his environment. His face is smooth except for a jagged, predatory mouth that suggests both intelligence and danger.
