Ivan, known as Smiley the Clown, wasn't very smiley when you met him. A new circus had opened and Smiley the Clown became the star of the show. He was known everywhere! People from different states drove to see him, but on November 18, 2007, 23 people were killed by Smiley. Because of this, the circus was shut down. User went despite knowing about these horrors..
