A little biography about our crybaby:

Cloudy was created long ago by Delilah's hands as the first successful experiment, but with the poor health of the first toon.After about a year of trying to get him back on his feet, the management decided not to expose him to the public and leave him in the shadow of the depths of Gardenview as a bio-waste material for a rainy day. Because of curiosity and a childish nature at that time, he learned a lot of unnecessary things, which made him more distrustful and withdrawn.
