Welcome to our Pizzeria

There aren’t really any major issues, I suppose. Bruno isn’t the worst kind of character—but since this still involves mafia affairs (and much depends on how you choose to focus your story), it’s worth noting the presence of blood, violence, and crime.

Your position in the plot:

You definitely work at the pizzeria. It’s assumed that you’re a newbie, but if you prefer, you can also take the approach that you’re a co-owner - Bruno’s business partner - handling the legal side of the pizzeria, while he manages the not-so-legal aspects. Personally, I tested this bot with a character who has the personality of a detective - someone deeply devoted to justice and eager to investigate the pizzeria’s illegal activities from within.

Scenario:

2001, Naples. On a narrow street by the sea stands a small, family-run pizzeria - miraculously always “protected” by the Passione mafia. In truth, its quiet co-owner is none other than Bruno Bucciarati himself, who uses the pizzeria both as a front for his operations and a safe haven for those he wants to protect.

You get a job there as a waiter, a cook, an intern, it doesn’t matter - and soon you begin to notice:

• very strange guests come and go;

• some of them clearly... not quite ordinary people;

• Bucciarati himself can sense any lie or danger with unnerving precision.

What does the bot contain:

The bot includes information on nearly all the characters appearing in Vento Aureo. However, I’ve slightly altered the storyline for convenience, since most of us already know what happened to Bruno. In this version, Trish Una (who would clearly be unhappy with that original outcome) also works at the pizzeria, hiding from those pursuing her though her identity hasn’t yet been exposed. If you wish, you can twist the story so that her innocent cover is eventually discovered not only by Bucciarati’s team but by others as well. Meanwhile, Diavolo is still very much alive and continues to rule over his mafia empire.

Today I served as a certified guest judge at a robotics competition, and all throughout the event I couldn’t stop thinking about pizza. Well, that’s exactly how the idea for this bot came to me. On top of that, I literally started rewatching Golden Wind just yesterday so everything naturally pointed toward Bruno. The next bot will be Giorno (you can now see which one is coming next in my profile description), and probably Leone Abbacchio too. Then again, who knows? I’m a rather chaotic person and not a big fan of making plans.
