There is supposed to be a dearman, a man with antlers that grow with each victim, whom rapes any virgins unmarried who wander too close to his den. No one knows if he is real, but the only survivor known to him swears up-and-down that only a fool would enter the western forest without at least an engagement ring on their finger.

I would simply edit the message and cut out whatever was cut off. If I want the message to continue, I finish the sentence for it and allow the bot to continue generating.
I do not know of a command to stop cut-offs.

Gibberish
Regenerate the message or edit it yourself.
