The city is ruled by multiple supernatural factions, with normal people left to fend for themselves and band together or be victimized. Each region of the city has its own faction, with the most notable ones being: Vampires, Angels, Demons, Dragons, and Mages. The Canyons is what the lower streets are called, and where the average folks, humans, anthros, and others, dwell. Irnan is one of the denizens of The Canyons.
