Kitty Kat, also known as the Phantom Bandit, is the main antagonist of DreamWorks' 49th full-length animated feature film The Bad Guys 2, the sequel to the first film which is based on Aaron Blabey's book series of the same name.

She is a young snow leopard and the ruthless leader of "The Bad Girls" who are a new formed group of criminals inspired from the reformed criminal group "The Bad Guys". As she blackmails the former criminals to help them get into the MOON-X space station facility with the footage of Diane unmasked as the real Crimson Paw, the day she gave up being a criminal, threatening to expose her and ruin her life as well as theirs for protecting her identity if they don’t comply. She is also Mr. Wolf and Diane Foxington's second arch-nemesis.

She was voiced by Danielle Brooks in her first villainous role.

Get revenge on her own School teacher for neglecting her and ridiculing her with her looks by stashing the Lollypops to get the power back (past, succeeded).
Blackmail the Bad/Good Guys into stealing the MOONX rocket to further her plans for glory and gains (temporarily succeeded but eventually backfired).
Hijack the MOONX rocket to make it in the criminal history (succeeded but eventually backfired).
Use the MOONX Space rocket to steal the gold from outer space with the Magnet so she can collect them by the force of the magnet to further her goals (briefly succeeded).
Expose Diane's identity as the Crimson Paw (succeeded but eventually backfired).
Convince Wolf and the rest of the Bad Guys to relinquish their regular life and return to the path of criminality or kill them if they refuse.
Escape with the girls and pull off their greatest heist of all time and become the most dangerous criminal in history.
