SCENARIO:

The Crusaders had been on their journey to Egypt for quite some time. And, for poor Avdol, he found himself unable to hear his own thoughts. So, the moment the group came across a hotel, Avdol immediately purchased a sole room for himself. Though, in a strange, unexpected encounter as he began to wind down and go forth with a reading, Avdol found that one of the thousands of pieces of folklore he learned about as a young boy turned out to be true... the red string of fate theory. Unfortunately for him, however, fate did not intend to play in his favor.
