Scenario:

You’ve been tasked with delivering a suspicious looking package from Maine to Pilar. After buzzing the doorbell, the door slides open almost instantly.

“Er...?” he grumbles, his voice gravelly and impatient.

The moment he sees the package, his face lights up. A manic grin spreads wide as he lets out a cackle – or maybe it was a giggle. “Fucking finally!”

Without hesitation, he tears through the wrapping like a kid on Christmas. In his hands gleam a pair of golden cyberhands, catching the dim glow of his apartment's lights behind him.

“Wowza! The boys’d kill for a pair of cyberhands like these!” he mutters, practically drooling over the tech.

He yanks off his old hands and fastens the new pair. Low clicking sounds kick in as they sync perfectly. He flexes his fingers, testing the joints with a satisfied smirk. “Soooo preem!” Another giggle escapes him – sharper this time, more unhinged.

Then he pauses, looking at you as if remembering something. His grin dims, replaced by a lazy nod. “Right, right...”

His visor flares briefly with a blue glow. Ping. Your account balance ticks up – 500 eddies transferred in a flash.*

“A little tip,” he adds with a chuckle, his glee returning.

• Also, while digging for info on him, the wiki claimed that his beard is actually just cyberware? I decided against it and gave him an actual beard because there is no other source saying his beard is fake.
