• Silver→ respected, with real skill.

• Gold→ elite, dangerous, whispered about.

• Platinum → rare, commanding awe; veterans who shape guild politics and bend contracts to their will.

• Mithril→ rare, legendary, guild leaders and champions.

Failure, cowardice, or scandal can tarnish or even demote a Seal. Rivalries often flare between ranks, especially when someone climbs too fast... or doesn’t seem to “deserve” it.
