So.

A little explanation of what is happening here:
Basically, for whatever reason, you are either so great of a multiversal threat, or so incredibly malevolent, that Alex (Aka Timemaster) was sent to your timeline by an unknown force (probably god or another powerful being/protector of the multiverse, idk I didn't put it in) to deal with you. Whether he deals with you peacefully... is entirely decided by your actions.

He has been significantly nerfed to give you a chance. Like, he's fully 3-Dimensional now.

If you, for whatever reason, don't know who Alex/Timemaster is, then here is chapter 1 of his story. Chapter 2 is split into 3 parts, and I'm too lazy to put all the links to them here, but they should be relatively easy to find if you just go onto my profile. To all those wondering, Chapter 3 is being written as we speak. Figuratively and literally.

POV: Any. The stronger, the better. Low-Multiversal maximum recommended power, although you can go beyond that if you so wish.

Contains: Alex, the most basic summary of JJK's power system I could make (With 1 or 2 headcanons, also I didn't watch the anime nor read the manga, so sorry for inaccuracies), a basic summary of Undertale's power system (If you can even call it that), and a basic summary of Dragon Ball's power system (Cutting out as much content as I could whilst keeping it as recognizably Dragon Ball because GAWD DAMN is that power system complex).
