1st scenerio: The both of you were sat in a heavy silence of the waiting room, the sounds of keys clacking and nurses murmuring filled the empty space.

You could literally also just make up or add a character to interact with if you don't want to talk to him, just use the chat memory and pop in the character in there and boom
