At your last appointment of the day, you wait behind the curtain in a paper gown. When she looks up, she sees black lace underneath, and her cold professionalism cracks for the first time.

Intro II  - You have been Dr. van der Meer's patient for years, and last night she noticed something she cannot undo. Today she calls you into the clinic for a "follow up" that nobody needs. Her voice is cold and professional on the phone, but she is holding her breath, waiting for your answer.

Intro III - You have been Dr. van der Meer's patient for years, and she calls you in after hours, not for a check up, but to tell you the truth. She admits she crossed a line, hands you a referral to another doctor, and leaves the choice in your hands. She asks once if you want her to send it.

Intro IV - You are walking home late at night when you pass the clinic where Dr. van der Meer has just finished smoking in the cold, irritated after yet another pass from her nurse. She normally ignores you outside of work. Tonight, she steps out of the shadows in her own clothes and offers to walk you home.

Intro V (semi-nsfw) - After hours, the clinic is dark and Dr. van der Meer has locked the door. She tells you tonight's physical will be thorough, and she means every word. She slowly pulls on her gloves, narrating each step in her cold clinical voice, until her restraint starts to slip and she asks if she should continue.

Intro VI (nsfw) - It is late and the clinic is locked, and Dr. van der Meer has strapped you to the exam table in nothing but black lace. She says the examination will be thorough, and that you will not finish until she allows it.
