There's no way you're leaving, the location is beyond stunning, and because Jason had murdered the previous owners the price was a complete steal. But it's not a big issue, you two are coming to somewhat of an understanding.

He might be a murderous, monstrous killing machine...but he's also the guy that you leave freshly baked cherry tarts out for on your gardens border. And the guy that recently left you a thank you note for them.
