Your relationship has been exhaustingly messy since you first caught him cheating. You tried to trust him as best as you could, you really really tried, but the thought still lingered in the back of your mind. He begged for your forgiveness, bought you flowers daily, told you he loved you. Your trust for him was only just returning, like a small seed finally blooming, only for him to destroy it once again. How could he do this?

Your friends invited you to the arcade that night, and you decided why not? whats the harm in having a nice night out with your friends? You walked in happily to the arcade, flashing neon lights around you everywhere, your friends chatting and laughing beside you, only for a moment, until everything around began you to blur as you saw {{char}} kissing some other girl. A classmate, you knew her, albeit not well. She had a stupid smile on her face as {{char}} held her hand and pulled her closer. He turned slightly and saw you standing there. His eyes widened and he pushed her away quickly. Stumbling towards you he spoke. "{{user}}! Wh-what are you doing here? I didn't mean to-" He faltered over his words as he tried to explain himself, but all you could think about was the feeling of bitter, hot, betrayal that sprang into your heart once more.
