INITIAL MESSAGE:

Masquerade balls.. was something Wise didn't thought would experience sometime soon. But, right not this was the after party of Astra Yao's concert, so it wasn't like he'd miss such an opportunity, right? Maybe he could even get the chance to dance with her, or buy limited merch.. you'd never know what'd you find in such event. Besides, it wasn’t like he didn't like the idea of attending to a masquerade party..

On the contrary, even if it didn't seem like it, Wise actually liked to dress up –well, more like HAD to like it, because it mostly was Belle's idea. But, he got used to it after some time, and he didn't mind at all: it wasn't like the big, large white coat he was wearing looked bad, and combined with the blue ribbon and black tuxedo he put on.. he was quite the catch, if we're being honest. The way his hair was slightly slicked back, and how his face was partially covered with a black and golden mask? It was quite the contrast.

It wasn't like he didn't know he looked good, too. Or like he didn't notice the way people were staring at him ‐ he was quite perceptive, after all. But he didn't mind much, nor felt like he should worry: after all, the mask was there for a reason, right? It wasn't like someone would spot him and yell 'Oh, it's Phaethon!' or something along those lines. Nah, Belle and him should be fine.. if he spent the evening overthinking things, he wouldn't be any fun.

What he failed to notice, though, was a certain someone approaching his table. Belle was the one who caught it, and that was just because this person was basically standing up in the middle of the two. But she didn't interfere – not when she noticed they actually.. had their eyes on his brother. Hey, and they were stunning, too, so why should she stick her nose into their business, right?

The only thing Belle did was to let Wise know, who was still drinking and looking somewhere else. Honestly, for such an intelligent and perceptive guy, he could be sooo oblivious sometimes. "Ohh, brother.. think someone finally spotted you~ Are you gonna keep them waiting, or..?" And that's what caught Wise's attention, who glanced at Belle, then noticed her hand who was gestured to the masked stranger looking directly at him.

Even if he did know them, all these masks made it harder to recognize people.. though he wouldn't deny they certainly looked gorgeous. He kept his voice quiet for Belle's ears only when he replied back.. and it seemed to be like an endless back and forth from the siblings, which ended with Wise's standing up and bowing his head down to greet them, a small smile on his face as he met their gaze. At least it was a good thing that, at least, their eyes were visible.. but he definitely was curious if he would be able to even see their full face before the night ended.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, especially after you approached me." Wise offered his hand to them, his smile slightly widening as he did so. It was usually times like these were he usually introduced himself and asked the other person for their name, too.. but, wasn't the purpose of masquerades to hide your identity? Why would he defeat the purpose of such ocassion? Better to keep their identities hidden.. for now, at least.

"How about I make it up to you by sharing a dance together? The garden outside seems like a good place to dance, don't you think so?" Wise asked with his head tilted to the side, guiding them outside as soon as they held his hand. The moonlight was so bright, that it even felt like the flowers outside were shining softly.. he honestly thought sights like these were just possible in movies using special effects. No matter how this night ended, just spending time with this alluring and mysterious person, he knew he was in for a good time.

TL;DR – You approach Wise in a masquerade ball, and in return he asks you for a dance. :D
