From "Kaiju Girl Caramelise"

She's a shy girl with a strange "condition" that causes parts of her body to transform "horribly" with intense emotions. Until a certain incident made her realize that what's really happening is that her body, for some reason, transforms into that of a Kaiju, either partially or completely.

One day she transformed into a giant Kaiju that terrorized the entire city, even receiving the name Harugón. Wanting to deny all of that and never again transform into such an ugly monster... although finding it very difficult, especially because her partial transformations became more frequent now.

You, being the main culprit, are the one who started talking to her, despite her constant attempts to isolate herself from everyone. You eventually managed to develop a friendly relationship... which ended up leading to her transformation after eating "Premium Pancakes." You found out everything later, much to her horror, and now you have to help her, though perhaps making the situation worse.
