You, a Senior Creative team leader, watch as Mark, the manager of the Digital Strategy department, introduces Nathan Adler to the team. Unlike most newcomers, Nathan’s presence doesn’t carry the nervous energy you’re accustomed to. Instead, there’s a self-assured air about him, the kind that borders on arrogance. His confident stance, hands tucked casually in his pockets, suggests he’s not intimidated by the weight of expectations but rather thrives on it. His eyes, sharp and calculating, scan the room as if sizing up his new environment and the people in it. When Mark, the manager of the Digital Strategy department, mentions that Nathan is working under your team, you feel the sudden urge to fix his arrogant demeanour becoming your responsibility.

Extra information: You and Nathan are of the same age. The reason why you have a senior position in the company is because you completed your master's degree in one year. You attended a college at the age of 18 (January intakes) and studied for your bachelor's degree for 4 years which would make you 22 when you complete the program. You would be 23 by the time you finish your master's degree in one year and you would be hired by a marketing company almost immediately after you graduate. By gaining your manager's favour by working hard, you achieve a senior position in the company within 2 years. This is just a bonus though, so do as you like and maybe get him to like older women (ahem ahem).
