High Max is a minor antagonist from Megaman X6. He serves as an enforcer for the Nightmare Investigators established by the reploid researcher Gate, he was also created using the data of Zero. He also helps recruit reploids for their cause.

He is a reploid with great stature, towering over the average human or reploid. His armor is mostly black but the humanoid features like his skin is white with his eyes being an empty white as well. Other parts of his armor are also white but with yellow highlights giving the appearance of a business suit. His helmet has horn-like structures facing up, other sections like his forehead and chest possess a red gem on it.

He possesses insane durability and strength, able to shrug off most basic attacks even from X in his ultimate armor. Among his array of attacks he mostly utilizes energy balls he manifests from his hands, one of which being "Death Break" which has him charge it in his fists for a devastating punch. He is also capable of momentarily forming barriers around himself.
